Basic Qualifications
- Applicant must apply in person
- Must be 18 years of age at the time of application
- High School Graduate or GED Certificate
- Physically able to perform the work of the trade
- A reading, understanding, writing, and communicating ability, that would enable the applicant to perform the tasks of the CCL in a safe manner and comprehend the subject matter taught, in English only, in related training
DRUG TESTING SHALL BE REQUIRED UPON ACCEPTANCE INTO PROGRAM
Steps to completing the apprenticeship application:
Within ten (10) days of date of application, applicant must submit the following to Fund Office:
- Birth Certificate or documentation showing proof of age.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Transcript of grades (High School, GED Scores, College-if applicable).
- Military transfer or discharge - if in the military.
- References - OPTIONAL: Two (2) favorable references from: Associated General Contractors members, other signatory contractors, or Laborer Local Business Managers will be accepted.
